Jay’s sessions focus not only on good boxing fundamentals, technique and developing your boxing IQ, but also on bringing an enjoyable element to competing.

“I’d recommend Lions for any level, age or experience".

I’ve never enjoyed training as much as I have at Lions, great people, enjoyable and a place where everyone is welcomed”

Jordan

Jordan, a previous co-owner of the gym also played a pivotal part in keeping the gym going.

Boxing has been a part of Jordan since walking into a boxing gym at just 11 years old. Coming to Lions in 2014, he found the gym hardworking, very welcoming but enjoyed the diverse demographic, the array of abilities and the different ages of the people that come through the door.

Jordan has 4 successful fights under his belt and hoping to have the opportunity to fight again in the near future!

Jordan’s favourite style of fighting is off the back foot and enjoys bringing that style of fighting into his coaching.

Being part of the gym, Jordan recognises that absolutely anyone is welcome and he encourages everyone that comes along to get involved in the social side of Lions gym too.
